Join Bonefish Paradise Guided Services and experience a full 8 hours  of guided fly fishing on the flats out of Mangrove Bush in south central Long Island! With over 26 years of experienced your qualified bonefish Guide Dwayne Knowles will be there every step of the way for instruction, guidance and input.

Departing from Mangrove Bush Dock at 8:00 am (or a little later by request), this trip will take you as per weather dictates to the flats lying off south central Long Island - a bonefish heaven!

 

 

DURATION: This full day trip (8 hours) starts at 8 am - or as you wish - and ends at approximately 4:00 pm.

BOAT: 17'  Rahming Bonefisher with 85 hp Yamaha Engine

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS:  6 - extra charge of $12 per angler over 2. 

LEVEL OF PHYSICAL FITNESS NEEDED: Must be at least a moderate swimmer and feel comfortable on a boat.

MINIMUM AGE: None however participants must have basic casting knowledge and be competent with a flyrod.

WHAT TO BRING: Fly rods - 7-8-9 weight rods for Bonefishing, flies (see below), polarised sunglasses with UV protection, light weight rain jacket, hat, flyvest, waders, suntan lotion, swimming costume, hat, towel,  lunch and beverages.  Recommended to bring: waterproof bag, waterproof camera, insect repellent. Lunch can be provided at an extra cost.

ALL ANGERS MUST POSSESS A LICENSE FOR FLATS SPORTS BONE FISHING and present to guide prior to departure.

 

NOTE: Shade on the boat is minimal so ensure that you are covered up and don't get burnt! Life jackets and safety equipment come with the boat.
